Nicotine is considered as an addictive matter found in tobacco plant. It is either ingested by chewing tobacco gum or breathes in by cigarette smoking. As long as you talk about whether nicotine will show up in blood test, the answer is YES. Thus, when test is specially performed for finding nicotine, then it will definitely show up in result. Definitely! Pizza is full of carbohydrates, and those can spike your blood glucose (sugar) levels. You want to eat nothing full of carbs, sugar, or alcohol for a few days before a blood sugar test if you want lower results. Protein is best to keep your blood sugar levels steady. If you have a properly functioning pancreas, then you could eat a dozen donuts and be fine. If you are insulin resistant or diabetic, pizza is bad for a blood glucose test.
